Attio
Connect Attio to Deck to enrich insights with CRM context.
Attio is a modern Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform that, within Deck, lets you sync your People and Company records directly into insights.
Once Attio is connected to your workspace, Deck enriches your customer feedback data — letting you filter, segment, and prioritize insights by real business context from your CRM.
Why connect Attio?
Integrating Attio with Deck allows your team to:
- Unify context — tie every insight to the right person or company record.
- Segment intelligently — understand which customers or accounts are driving specific themes.
- Prioritize with confidence — see which companies are affected by a problem before deciding what to fix.
- Report impact faster — connect product decisions to the customers and accounts that matter most.
How the integration works
-
Enable Attio Go to Settings → Integrations → Attio, and connect your org. Deck uses OAuth to securely authenticate your account.
-
Automatic record sync After connecting, Deck reads your Attio People and Companies records and uses them to enrich feedback and insights.
-
Insight enrichment When feedback is processed, Deck matches it to the right Attio record. For example:
- Feedback from a contact at "Acme Inc." will link to the corresponding company in Attio.
- Insights inherit the associated Attio record for filtering and segmentation.
Deck does not modify your Attio data — it only reads People and Company records for enrichment.
Data refresh & security
- Records are fetched on demand when enrichment is needed.
- Deck never writes to Attio — it only reads data.
- All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- You can disconnect Attio at any time from the Integrations page.
Filtering themes by Attio fields
Once Attio is connected and you've selected which fields to sync, you can filter themes and insights by Attio People or Company attributes directly from the themes view.
- Go to Visualize → Themes (list or detail view).
- Click the Attio filter button in the header.
- Add one or more filter conditions — choose a field (e.g. "Job Title"), an operator (e.g. "Equals"), and a value.
- Click Apply filters. Deck fetches matching records and narrows the themes view to insights linked to those contacts or companies.
You can stack multiple filters and clear them all at once with the Clear all button.
Selecting which fields to sync
By default Deck reads all available Attio People and Company attributes. You can choose which fields appear as filter options:
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Attio.
- Under Field selection, pick the People and Company attributes you want to filter by.
- Click Save. Only enabled fields will appear in the filter popover.
Notes
- People and Company records are synced separately — both object types are available for enrichment and filtering.
- Attio filtering is applied in-memory on the Deck side. Unlike HubSpot (which uses a server-side Search API), Deck fetches records from Attio and evaluates your filter conditions locally. Large workspaces may see slightly longer apply times.
