Connect Gong to automatically analyze sales calls and customer conversations for product insights.
What Gets Synced
When you connect Gong to Deck, we sync:
- Calls - Recorded sales and customer calls
- Transcripts - Automatic transcriptions from Gong
Setting Up the Integration
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations
- Find Gong in the available integrations
- Click Connect and authorize Deck to access your Gong workspace
- Choose which calls to sync (all calls or specific filters)
How It Works
Once connected, Deck:
- Fetches call recordings and transcripts from Gong
- Analyzes conversations to extract product feedback and customer insights
- Identifies patterns across sales calls
- Links to themes to track feature requests and pain points
