Gong Integration

Connect Gong to automatically analyze sales calls and customer conversations for product insights.

What Gets Synced

When you connect Gong to Deck, we sync:

  • Calls - Recorded sales and customer calls
  • Transcripts - Automatic transcriptions from Gong

Setting Up the Integration

  1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations
  2. Find Gong in the available integrations
  3. Click Connect and authorize Deck to access your Gong workspace
  4. Choose which calls to sync (all calls or specific filters)

How It Works

Once connected, Deck:

  1. Fetches call recordings and transcripts from Gong
  2. Analyzes conversations to extract product feedback and customer insights
  3. Identifies patterns across sales calls
  4. Links to themes to track feature requests and pain points

Managing the Integration

Manage your Gong integration in Settings → Integrations → Gong:

  • View sync status
  • Configure call filters
  • Disconnect the integration

Privacy and Security

Deck uses Gong's secure API for data access. We only analyze calls you authorize and use the data solely to generate insights for your team.
