Organization Context
You can set context in Deck so that Deck's Agents can better synthesize and organize your user feedback.
Deck lets you add high‑quality organization context so that Deck’s Agents can interpret, group, and prioritize your customer feedback in a way that actually matches your business.
There are three core types of context you can maintain for each organization:
- Company Information – who you are, how you operate, and who you serve.
- Product Information – what you offer, how it works, and how customers use it.
- Keywords – the exact words, phrases, and internal jargon your customers and team use.
How context improves Deck’s Agents
When you keep these three types of context up to date, Deck’s Agents can:
- Group feedback more accurately around the right product areas and company priorities.
- Name themes and insights using language that matches how your team actually talks.
- Disambiguate similar terms across industries, products, or personas (e.g. “accounts” in CRM vs. billing).
- Highlight what matters for your specific strategy, not just what’s mentioned most often.
- Give product teams a head start by summarizing feedback in a way that feels native to your company.
