At Deck, we believe the what isn't only the important part. The who is just as important.

In this case, What is customer feedback (what is said) and Who is the customer (who says it).

Because we offer integrations with CRM, we allow users to add customer emails in there. What you can then do is start filtering insights based on important custmer metrics.

For example: let's say you're starting to move upmarket with your product, and you're trying to see what's the feedback of customers only in companies with more then 1,000 people.

By adding customers' emails in Deck and syncing with your CRM, you'll be able to filter by those metrics and visualize only themes and insights where companies with more than 1,000 people have given feedback.
